"Today I had to call Nicola, as my 8 year old, ex feral cat, Stevie had worsened with the lymphoma in his neck and I knew it was time. It has all been so quick, from him being unwell to now. but Nicola was fantastic. she explained everything to me, and we worked through it all. I cuddled Stevie whilst he was sedated, then made him comfy before the final step. He was so peaceful, and I felt at ease with him. I only had him a little under 3 years, and he had settled so well. Nicola was absolutely brilliant, reassuring me and explaining everything. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and caring. Thank you so much"

Last Thursday we had to say goodbye to Benson aged 15yrs & 4 months. From the moment I spoke to Nicola to arrange a home farewell I knew this was the right way. Nicola showed so much care and empathy for not only Benson but for myself and my husband. He fell asleep probably dreaming of all the treats he had eaten surrounded by love. Nothing was rushed, every step explained – no clinical surroundings just home. Talking to Benson even after he had passed.
Thank you Nicola for making a very sad day much more bearable. Your a star. Now running free over rainbow bridge with his brother Jake.

Nicola came to our home, arrived promptly, talked quietly to Meggie who was sitting on her favourite box in the window where she watched the world go by. Nicola told us exactly what she was doing, she was caring and respectful of Meggie and our feelings, we can’t thank her enough for making the process a special experience on a very sad occasion.

We just wanted to thank you for helping us through such an awful decision when the time came for Charlie. Nicola was both professional, and wonderfully caring and considerate throughout the whole process, and we cannot thank her enough for way she helped us cope.
